How long do Light Heart Lashes typically last?
With proper care and cleaning, our high-quality synthetic and faux-mink lashes can be reused up to 20-25 times. Always store them in their original tray to maintain their shape.
When will my order ship?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Are your lash adhesives safe for sensitive eyes?
Yes, our adhesives are latex-free, formaldehyde-free, and hypoallergenic, making them perfect for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. If your product arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
